Here’s how our process works, to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone:

Step 1: You Book It

Use the website or give us a call to schedule your cleanup. Choose from a one-time service (for those, "Oops, I let it pile up" moments) or set up a regular schedule to keep things tidy week after week. It’s quick, easy, and there are no judgmental side-eyes from us—we’ve seen it all!

When you book, we’ll confirm all the details—your address, preferred schedule, and any specific areas of focus. This ensures we’re on the same page before we even arrive.

Bi-weekly, Monthly and Twice-a-Week schedules are available if you call.

Step 2: We Scoop It

On your scheduled day, our Skooper Hero will arrive ready to tackle the job. To keep things running smoothly, here’s what we ask from you:

​

• Be present for the first arrival. This is to ensure we are on the same page, Have agreed-upon areas of service and disposal, as well as signing the Service Agreement.

​

• Keep gates unlocked. If we can’t access the yard, we can’t do the scoop—and that’s no fun for anyone.

​

• Please secure your pets indoors or in a separate area. We love dogs, but nobody wants a playful (or grumpy) pup interrupting the cleanup—or worse, trying to protect their turf.

​

Our trained technician will meticulously comb your yard for every landmine, ensuring no pile is left behind. We also take sanitation seriously: some worm eggs, viruses and bacteria are capable of surviving in soil. After each scoop, we spray the contaminated area and after each visit, we thoroughly disinfect our tools and boots to prevent the spread of bacteria, viruses, or parasites from yard to yard. Your pets’ health and safety are just as important to us as your clean lawn.

Step 3: You Love It

Once we’re done, you’ll receive a text notifying you of completion with picture confirmation that the entryway has been latched and secured.

Now you have a pristine yard that’s ready for playtime, gardening, or simply enjoying without worry.

We’ll double bag the waste in scented trash bags and dispose of it responsibly in the designated area agreed upon so you don’t have to lift a finger.
